LK Ventures, owner of the self-photo studio brand ‘Life4cut,’ is a leading company in young K-Culture, beloved by consumers who appreciate Korean culture worldwide.
As a member of the Overseas Cooperation Team, I was responsible for managing key updates to distributors in 16 countries where we are newly expanding, conducting culturally-informed communication based on understanding of each country’s situation and culture, analyzing royalty settlements and trends, and handling inbound partnership and cooperation inquiries.

• Moderate Overseas Operations and Partnerships
  Handling communication with foreign distributors and fostering new partnerships, analyzing international commercial markets, and overseeing large-scale collaborations like the Hyundai Motor Thailand launch event and MIKAZUKI Resort partnership in Vietnam. This led to the brand expanding to 24 countries worldwide.
  Product Royalty Management
• Support sales settlements and invoicing based on the country and intellectual property rights of the self-photo studio service, their primary export. Utilizing data for visualization, outlining future business directions, and gathering market insights. Also, analyzing overseas business trends in collaboration with local partners, conducting market research, and performing multiple sales analyses for strategic business planning.
